  • We have formulated criteria for all prospective tenants must meet in order to be approved to rent a property. A thorough review is conducted for each applicant’s criminal background, credit report, income and employment history, and rental history before they are approved to sign a lease.

  • Our team of property managers are on call for work orders, preventative maintenance, and regular property inspections. We have positive relationships with vendors and are able to obtain quality work and favorable pricing for our owners. There are no extra fees associated with managing maintenance.

  • We closely monitor and account for all rent collections. In addition to our office location where payments can be made in person, we offer an online platform where tenants can pay electronically or with a credit card.

  • Our property managers inspect properties regularly to ensure the property is being properly maintained and the lease terms are being adhered to.

  • We record income and expenses for each property, generate owner statements, and issue 1099s for tax purposes. We also have an owner login for our online platform where income, expenses, and receipts can be viewed in real time from any location.
